Measured in a straight line, Alam Sutera station on the LRT Sri Petaling line lies about 650 m from the plot. On the brochure's map, it is the only station on the same side of the Kesas Highway as the development.
International School Next Door
Tzu Chi International School is around 250 m away, near enough that the brochure names the walk there as a selling point. About 3.5 km to the east is Kingsgate International School, and the International Medical University lies along the same road out.

The two towers use the same floor plate, which the brochure shows twice as a mirror image. It follows the character that gives the development its name: one straight arm of six homes along a single corridor, two arms of five spreading out from it, and the lift core where they meet, with five passenger lifts and one service lift per floor. The splayed form has a practical role beyond spelling the name. It places more of each home on an outside wall, bringing daylight and a cross-breeze into the centre of a 1,000 sq ft plan, and it reduces the distance from the lift lobby to your door.

Prices start at RM537,000, the lowest figure in the developer's registered price schedule, which gets you into Tower B. According to the particulars printed on the back of the brochure, the schedule ranges from RM537,000 to RM1,136,300 in Tower B and from RM656,700 to RM1,262,800 in Tower A. A later revision of those particulars lists RM537,000 to RM1,033,000 for Tower B and RM597,000 to RM1,148,000 for Tower A. In both versions, RM537,000 is the starting price. Because the schedule is registered per tower and not per layout, the price of any one unit depends on its type, floor and facing, with higher floors and outward-facing homes on the splayed arms at the top of each range. A 5% Bumiputera discount is available. Maintenance comes on top at RM0.35 per square foot each month, roughly RM322 for a Type A and RM588 for a Type D. Rely on the current price list instead of any advertised figure, this one included, and check which floors and facings remain available before settling on a number.

As for parking, each unit has two car park bays, and the 1,680 sq ft Type D has three. Having two bays as standard is generous when the smallest home is 920 square feet, since most developments at this price offer one and charge extra for a second, if a second is offered at all.
When is Ren Residence due for completion?
The developer's registered particulars give October 2027, and that is the date with legal weight, not any date shown in marketing material. Building work is in progress on Jalan Jalil Impian 2. At signing, check two points in the sale and purchase agreement: the completion date stated in it, and the liquidated damages clause, which sets the daily amount the developer must pay you if handover is delayed. Between them, these are what you can rely on if the schedule falls behind.
