Overview
On Persiaran Jalil 8 in Bukit Jalil City, Kuala Lumpur, Park Green Pavilion is a freehold serviced apartment project from Regal Path Sdn Bhd, part of Malton Berhad, and it forms the last residential phase of the 50-acre township. Its two 47-storey towers contain 453 homes in six layouts, ranging from a 1,201 sq ft three-bedroom to a 1,905 sq ft four-bedroom, with prices starting at RM1,200,000. Residents can walk directly into Pavilion Bukit Jalil over a dedicated pedestrian bridge, while the 80-acre Bukit Jalil Recreational Park begins roughly 500 metres away.
The title is freehold, within a 50-acre township where everything else is already built. As the closing residential phase of Bukit Jalil City, Park Green arrives with the mall, park, schools and hospitals already operating, not merely planned.
The development is joined directly to Pavilion Bukit Jalil, winner of Gold in the retail category at the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence 2024, by a dedicated pedestrian bridge, so reaching the mall means a covered walk instead of a drive.
According to the developer's own table, Bukit Jalil Recreational Park lies 500 m away, and the towers are angled to overlook it. In the brochure, the view of the park from the balcony is presented as the reason for the direction the homes face.
There are 453 homes across two 47-storey towers, with 210 in Block A and 243 in Block B, set above a parking podium. The facility deck sits on Level 11, and the Sky Deck crowns the building on Level 47.
Per the developer, each floor holds six to seven units. A typical floor forms a chevron of two wings, each with a separate lift core, which places every home on an outer corner or at an end. By Kuala Lumpur high-rise standards, that counts as low density.
There are six layouts, none smaller than 1,200 sq ft. Five offer three bedrooms and two bathrooms, from 1,201 to 1,627 sq ft, while Type E, at 1,905 sq ft, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Most come with separate dry and wet kitchens.
Facilities sit on two levels. The podium deck on Level 11 has an infinity pool, wading pool, jacuzzi, steam room, co-working lounge, multipurpose hall, social garden and games room. On Level 47, the Sky Deck looks out over the park.
A bespoke concierge serves twin lobbies, offering some services free and others on request. The project holds provisional GreenRE certification in the Residential Category, and more than half of its living spaces enjoy natural cross-ventilation.

No home here is smaller than 1,200 square feet, and that is the core idea: these are meant for families, not as investor stock. Five of the six plans have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the 1,905 sq ft Type E adds a fourth bedroom and a third bathroom. Type A is the compact option and the only plan lacking a balcony. Type B alone has a dedicated study or utility room. Types C and D share one 13,000 mm footprint arranged in two ways. Type F is the curved corner home at the bend of the plate, and the only layout with one kitchen rather than a dry and wet pair.

Key facts
The typical floor
Each unit plan in the brochure shows the same key diagram: a typical floor is a chevron of two wings joined at a rounded corner, with a separate lift core for each wing at the bend. The gold block in each diagram marks the position of that layout. Block A is the east wing and Block B the west. Under the registered particulars, Types A and B are found only in Block B and both show on the west, Types D and F are found only in Block A and both show on the east, and Types C and E, placed 35-and-35 in each block, are marked once on each wing. The shape is deliberate: with six or seven homes per floor spread over two wings, each one sits on an outer corner or an end, and none is tucked into the middle of a slab.

Facilities
Park Green places its facilities at the base and the top of the tower. The podium deck on Level 11 sits above the parking and below the homes, offering an infinity swimming pool with a wading pool and jacuzzi, a steam room, a co-working lounge, a multipurpose hall, a social garden and a games room. The Sky Deck on Level 47 caps both towers and faces the panorama across the Bukit Jalil Recreational Park. On the ground floor, each tower has its own lobby, staffed by a bespoke concierge providing a mix of complimentary and on-demand services, along with the dedicated pedestrian bridge that brings Pavilion Bukit Jalil within a covered walk.
The setting
Bukit Jalil stands out among Kuala Lumpur neighbourhoods because its amenities came before its towers, thanks to Bukit Jalil City: fifty acres of freehold township where Pavilion Bukit Jalil, the earlier Park residences and a Hyatt Place hotel are already open. Surrounding it are the 80-acre recreational park, the national stadium, the golf and country resort, two hospitals and four schools and universities, all encircled by the Bukit Jalil Highway, MEX, KESAS and the KL–Seremban Expressway. This catchment appears on the developer's own map, with Park Green shown next to the mall.
Location
Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
Located on Persiaran Jalil 8 in Bukit Jalil City, directly south-east of Pavilion Bukit Jalil, roughly 365 metres in a straight line from the centre of the mall and connected to it by a dedicated pedestrian bridge. Distances below given in kilometres come from the developer's published table. The four LRT distances are List.my's own, measured in a straight line from the site, since neither the brochure nor the developer provides any rail distances.
