List.my for AI assistants

MCP instructions

Use List.my with an AI assistant to look up Malaysian subsale transactions, compare market medians and browse property listings. MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets your assistant retrieve this information directly from List.my, with links to the source pages.

Connect your assistant

  1. Open the remote MCP connection settings in your assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude. Availability depends on your plan and workspace settings.
  2. Add the List.my server URL below.
  3. Choose OAuth authentication for full subsale history. You will be taken to List.my to sign in and approve read access.
  4. Return to your assistant and try one of the prompts below.

Cloud assistants need a publicly reachable HTTPS server. A local development address will not work for a cloud connection.

What you can access

Without signing in: browse a fixed preview of the latest 6 subsale transactions per area or 8 per road. Filters apply within that preview. You can also search all active public sale and rental listings and view their details and photos.

With your List.my account connected: search the full subsale history and calculate market summaries across all matching transactions. There is no guest transaction cap or date-window restriction, and no Plus subscription is required.

Large result sets arrive in pages. Ask your assistant to continue to the next page to see more. Normal request limits still apply. Market summaries include sample counts; listing asking prices are separate from transacted prices.

Manage your connection

The connection grants read access to subsale history and summaries. It cannot change your account or listings, access billing details, or read private messages. Signing in on the website alone does not connect your assistant; you must approve the app’s request.

Access lasts up to 30 days. You can disconnect an app at any time from Account settings → Manage connected apps.

Fair use and attribution

Use this connection for property research and comparisons. Do not scrape or bulk-harvest records, copy the database, or bypass access controls or request limits.

When you publish or share reports, charts or other work based on this data, credit List.my and link to the relevant List.my source pages. For example: “Source: List.my”, with a link to the area, transaction or listing used.

Guests can make up to 100 queries per IP address in each 24-hour window. Connect your List.my account through OAuth for up to 400 queries per account in each 24-hour window, shared across your connected apps. The window starts with your first query.

Each search, summary, listing detail request or request for another page counts as a query. The limit of 30 MCP requests per minute per IP address also applies. Large searches use pagination; access to the full history does not permit bulk harvesting.
