Why post on List.my

  • No package to fill. Post 1 listing or 100. You never pay for empty slots.
  • Prices buyers can trust. Each listing shows what sold nearby and the area's middle price (median) over 18 months, from JPPH transaction records.
  • Agents checked against the register. Our verified seal checks your REN with LPPEH, usually within 12 hours. What REN, REA and PEA mean.
  • Enquiries come straight to you. We take no cut of your commission or the sale.
  • 90-day listings. Extend for free from 14 days before expiry.

Move your listings in 4 steps

  1. Sign in with Google and set up your seller profile.
  2. Post your strongest 5 listings first. Use your own photos; brochures and collages are refused.
  3. Get verified to post the rest. No cap after that.
  4. Share your profile link on WhatsApp and social media. It shows all your live listings in one place.

For agents: Plus

Posting stays free. Plus, at RM59 a month with no lock-in, pins three of your listings at the top of your area's pages, shows you as an area agent there, and opens rental yield and psf figures. That is less than a fifth of iProperty's cheapest package. See Plus or read our Mudah and EdgeProp guides.

Common questions

Is there a free alternative to iProperty in Malaysia?

Yes. Posting a sale or rental listing on List.my is free for owners and agents. Agents can keep up to 5 listings live before verifying their REN; once verified, there is no cap.

How much does iProperty cost for agents?

iProperty's agent packages start at RM359.82 a month for up to 50 listings on a 12-month term (RM4,317.84 a year), and go up to RM1,789.92 a month for 500 listings. These are the rates shown on PropertyGuru Group's package page on 14 October 2026. Check the page for current pricing before you decide.

Should I stop using iProperty if I list on List.my?

Not necessarily. iProperty still has a large buyer audience. Many agents keep their main portal and add List.my as a free extra channel, then see where their enquiries come from before changing anything.

Can a homeowner list without an agent?

Yes. You can post your own home for sale or rent on List.my without being a registered agent, and keep up to 5 listings live at once. Buyers and tenants contact you directly.

What does List.my Plus cost?

Plus is RM59 a month with no lock-in. It pins three of your listings at the top of your area's pages, shows you as an agent for the areas you cover, and opens rental yield and psf figures. Posting listings stays free without it.
