EdgeProp alternative: post your property for free
Free listings that reach buyers and tenants directly.
The short answer

On List.my
- ✓ Free to post, for owners and agents

What EdgeProp charges
- Agents upgrade to PRO Agent for RM3.15 a day, about RM1,150 over a year. That covers listings, reposts and a profile.
- Boosts cost extra. Ad credits push a listing higher in results.
- Owners list for free, but the listing goes to EdgeProp's registered agents. Up to 10 of them can contact you, usually with their own buyers or tenants in mind.
Why post on List.my
- No daily fee. Post 1 listing or 100 without paying to list.
- Owners reach buyers. Your listing is public, so buyers and tenants message you, not just agents.
- Prices buyers can trust. Each listing shows what sold nearby and the area's middle price (median) over 18 months, from JPPH transaction records.
- Agents checked against the register. Our verified seal checks your REN with LPPEH, usually within 12 hours. What REN, REA and PEA mean.
- 90-day listings. Extend for free from 14 days before expiry.
Post a listing in 4 steps

- Pick a type: for sale, for rent or a room.

- Publish and share the link on WhatsApp.

For agents: Plus
Posting stays free. Plus, at RM59 a month with no lock-in, pins three of your listings at the top of your area's pages, shows you as an area agent there, and opens rental yield and psf figures. That is less than two-thirds of what EdgeProp's PRO Agent works out to each month. See Plus, or compare with our iProperty and Mudah guides.
Common questions

How much does EdgeProp cost for agents?
EdgeProp's Pro Agents page lists the PRO Agent upgrade at RM3.15 a day, which works out to about RM1,150 over a year. Ad credits to boost listings are extra. This was the rate shown on 14 October 2026; check EdgeProp for current pricing.
Can homeowners list on EdgeProp for free?
Yes. EdgeProp's homeowner listings are free, but they are shown to its registered agents rather than to buyers, and up to 10 agents can contact you. On List.my your listing is public, so buyers and tenants can contact you directly.
Does List.my show past transaction prices like EdgeProp?
Yes. Both sites show recorded sale prices. On List.my you can browse transactions for free, and every listing shows what sold nearby and the area's median price over the last 18 months.

Not necessarily. EdgeProp has a large readership through its property news. Many agents keep it and add List.my as a free extra channel, then compare where their enquiries come from.
