What Mudah charges for property
- Owners get 1 for-sale ad, 1 for-rent ad and 3 room ads at a time. More needs a PRO Niaga account and a fee per ad.
- Agents post through a PRO Niaga store (Basic, Pro, Advance or Elite) and pay credits each time they publish. The store type sets how many credits an ad uses.
- Credits cost RM75.60 for 50, up to RM10,800 for 11,500. They expire and are non-refundable.

Common questions
Is there a free alternative to Mudah for property?
Yes. On List.my you can post homes for sale, homes for rent and rooms for free. Anyone can keep up to 5 listings live at once, and registered agents who verify their REN have no cap.
How many free property ads can I post on Mudah?
Mudah's help centre says a private user can keep 1 property for sale or auction ad, 1 property for rent ad and 3 rooms for rent ads live at any one time. To post more, you need a PRO Niaga account and pay per ad in credits. This was correct on 14 October 2026; check Mudah's help centre for the latest rules.
How much do Mudah credits cost?
Mudah sells credits in bundles, from 50 credits for RM75.60 to 11,500 credits for RM10,800, after SST, with online payment. Credits expire after 120 to 180 days depending on the bundle and are non-refundable. The number of credits each property ad uses depends on your store type and is shown in the PRO Niaga dashboard.
Should agents stop posting on Mudah?
Not necessarily. Mudah has a large audience, especially for rentals and rooms. Many agents keep it and add List.my as a free extra channel, then compare where their enquiries come from.
How long does a List.my listing stay up?
90 days. From 14 days before it expires, you can extend it for another 90 days at no cost.
