Guide Data Coverage

Where does List.my get transaction data?

List.my organises official Malaysian government transaction data into searchable market views.

The data comes from JPPH

List.my's transaction records come from the Valuation and Property Services Department, known in Malay as Jabatan Penilaian Dan Perkhidmatan Harta (JPPH).

JPPH is part of the Malaysian government, so these are official Malaysian property transaction records rather than asking prices, agent estimates, or listing advertisements. This is why List.my treats transaction data as the strongest starting point when you want to understand what properties actually sold for.

How to report a correction

If a location, road, property type, size, or other detail looks wrong, please tell us through the List.my contact form. Include the transaction URL and the detail that needs review so we can check it against the source and improve the dataset where appropriate.
