How do I report mistakes or corrections?
Tell us when a location, road, property type, or transaction detail looks wrong.
What to send
If you see a transaction, location, road name, property type, or other detail that looks wrong, please tell us through the List.my contact form. Corrections are easier to review when the message points us to the exact record and explains what looks incorrect.
For a transaction correction, include the transaction URL, the field that looks wrong, what you believe it should be, and any supporting context. If the issue is about a location, include the state, district, mukim, area, and road where possible.
What helps us review faster
A short, specific message is usually better than a broad note such as “this area is wrong”. For example, tell us that a road appears under the wrong area, a project name has a spelling issue, a property type looks mismatched, or a size field seems inconsistent with the property shown.
If you have a reliable reference, such as a developer brochure, official address wording, project website, title detail, or other public source, include that context in your message. Please do not send private documents unless you are comfortable sharing them for review.
How corrections are handled
List.my reviews correction requests before changing the product because transaction data can affect area pages, market summaries, filters, and comparisons. Some issues can be corrected directly, while others may need to remain as recorded if the underlying source data cannot be confidently changed.
The fastest way to inform us is still the contact form. Include enough detail for us to find the record and understand the correction you are suggesting.
