Here's a sample prompt using ChatGPT and List.my MCP to analyse KL's property market:
Use the List.my MCP to analyze property market activity for **Kuala Lumpur**.
Gather:
- Recent subsale transactions
- Transaction count
- Median transacted price
- Median PSF
- Property type breakdown
- Top active areas/projects
- Data from the latest available 12–18 months where possible
Then:
1. Compare the top **5–10 locations/projects**.
2. Identify which areas have:
- high transaction activity
- lower median PSF
- higher median prices
- stronger liquidity
3. Show the raw comparison in a table.
4. Generate a visual chart from the MCP data. Label each point with the location/project name. Surprise me.
5. Add a short interpretation of what the chart shows.
6. Include List.my source links for each location where available.
Do not rely on general web estimates when List.my MCP data is available. Clearly state the data period and latest data horizon.
